Delicious Dining Options

The food at Divi Flamingo Beach Resort has really impressed me! The new chef has elevated the culinary experience significantly. I especially loved the BBQ chicken and ribs night—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered diverse options to start my day right. Grabbing lunch was a breeze, and the portions were more than sufficient. Highly recommend trying out the themed dinner nights!

Comfortable Accommodations

I opted for a standard room during my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfort. The bathroom had been newly renovated, which made my experience even better. While there could be some improvements in power outlet access, the lamps included built-in outlets, which were quite handy for charging my devices. Overall, a very nice and cozy place to relax after a day of diving!

Relaxing Leisure Options

The resort offers great leisure facilities, including two pools where I spent some leisurely afternoons soaking up the sun. The pool area was clean, and there were ample loungers to relax on. I also enjoyed yoga classes which were both fun and refreshing. I appreciated this added touch for relaxation amidst my diving schedule—perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day!

Diving Paradise

As an avid diver, I can’t praise the diving facilities here enough! The dive shop is incredibly efficient. I appreciated the 24-hour shore diving availability, along with easy access to lockers and tanks. The dive masters, Denise and Ruud, made every dive enjoyable, ensuring that our group felt welcome and excited to explore the amazing underwater world around Bonaire. Definitely a highlight of my trip!

Our stay at the resort was a mix of enjoyable and frustrating moments. The location is perfect for diving and close to downtown, plus the staff was quite friendly. However, the street noise was bothersome at night, and the food at the restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, it's a lovely place for those looking to dive and explore, though improvements are needed in dining and dinner hours.
